Had some sudden changes recently at work and have been sent into an adjustment mode. I'm used to being in my own little dark corner, but these changes have required me to step out of it occasionally. Someone at our work got what I think was an ultimatum and decided not to work anymore so I've been called on to help cover for the vacancy. It was a little unexpected, but then it was heading that direction for some time. It's been a little bit of an energy booster for me though, because I like being needed and having something to give my energy to. I'm a little behind my own work, but it was a nice change for a week. I'll have time to catch up soon--I hope.
Loving the weather these days. I've loved having the sun for a week or two and a cool stormy week to break up the monotony. It also makes everything green and colorful. If the heat hits too fast, we get quite a brown summer. I personally love the summers when it remains stormy with cooler temps. Everything's so beautiful right now and I noticed the other day the roses are beginning to get buds. I love this time of year.
I went on a beautiful walk nearly a month ago and took a lot of pictures. The trees have probably have bigger leaves on them now, but I still find these beautiful. They were taken in Provo, Utah.
