What Worth Am I?

Who am I to Thee?
With mine own eyes I see
Foibles
Mistakes
Flaws
All things that make me question
What good am I?
Why should I keep trying?
But at the same time
I have forgotten
To check my blind spot
Something lurks there in my periphery
A something I can’t see alone
So many moments Thou hast told me
What it is I can’t see
But I have not heard
And I have not listened
Patiently Thou spoke repetitively
Until I noticed
With every flaw came a strength
And with every weakness came a power
With help from Thine eyes,
My focus is redirected
And my questions are answered
Why should I keep trying?
I have great potential
What good am I?
Good enough to be of value
Who am I to Thee?
Worth dying for
