Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! I've just come back from accomplishing Mission 💓 U. For those who don't know, that was what I decided to do for the holiday this year, the main purpose being to reach out to the widows in the neighborhood who have lost their sweethearts. Most of them were happy to see me, but I did cause some tears in one, and I'm a little awkward with that, but I gave her an extra hug and hopefully that helped.

Valentine packages all folded up and ready to be filled.

I added a few treats in the box, but most importantly, I wrote a personal letter to each one of the women. Some I had more to say than others, but the most important message I wanted to relay to them was that they are remembered and loved. Hopefully, my writing was fine, because I tend to make an occasional mess, because my brain works faster than my hand, and because of that I sometimes skip a letter or miswrite it. Sometimes I even skip entire words! Thankfully, I didn't get to that point, but there may have been some letter corrections. I once apologized to my English professor for the messiness of my writing, but she told me she was fine with it, because it told her that I was a thinker (she had some knowledge in reading personalities through handwriting).

I hope you don't mind, but I wrote a Valentine's Day letter to share on here for all of my invisible or incognito friends out there. I wrote it in cursive. I like to do that a lot when I want to send personal messages, because I think it looks nicer, but these days people may not know how to read it, so I'm going to have to write what it says in the captions.

Dear Friends,
Happy Valentine's Day!
I hope you are doing well.
This day can be difficult
for some, so I wanted to
send you a message so that
you know you aren't
forgotten. I am thankful
that you have taken some
time out of your day to
listen to my random thoughts.

I hope you know that
you are loved, but if by
some unfortunate circumstances
you don't, please don't give
up, because it still exists, and
it can be there for you if you
accept it.

Best wishes, and a beautiful
Life be granted to you all.

R.

I may not need to, but I wanted to clarify that the love mentioned on here isn't restricted to romantic love, but the love every human needs to feel they are worth something in this world.

I don't know if I have much more to say than this, so may the rest of your Valentine's Day be amazing, and know you are important.

Thank you.
