Project Accomplished

Had to make it into a video, but I got it.  The song is called, "I Walk in Beauty" based on a traditional Navajo poem.  In their native tongue it is called, "Hozho" which roughly translates to the English word beauty, but as I mentioned before, it encompasses a much deeper meaning.

I've heard the original composer of this song perform...with helpers...and discovered that the arrangement I learned was quite accurate.  I've been told that there are differences in how the song is being sung among those who have used it for their camps, some taking the chant out all together, which I find peculiar since that chant makes the song more complete in my mind, but then I learned the song with the chant so any difference would just be weird to me.  There are three verses in the song and the only recording I can find on YouTube of this song has only one verse...and the chant is slightly altered.

Before watching this, please remember that I am not a trained soloist so there may be flaws in here.  I'm being brave for posting this on here as I hear every flaw I have when I record myself; therefore, I don't share these things often.
