New Projects

 Ah, blessed week!

I've finally got some time again to do some fun little projects! You might say I'm a little spontaneous on these things, because once an idea pops into my head, I have to do something about it and get it out of there. So this week seems to be for the most part Christmas themed, and for the best part of it all, these projects helped me learn how to do something new!

I'm dying to share those pieces out there, but you know it's only September, and we're talking Christmas stuff here, so I'm going to have to be patient. I have it all uploaded on my little YouTube channel, but they're not scheduled to be available until Halloween is over. Now, I love Christmas thousands of times more than I do Halloween (as I addressed last year on https://www.quietlifeobservations.com/2020/10/why-halloween-is-my-least-favorite.html), but September is a little early still. I mean, we're still waiting for leaves to change and cool weather to finally set in. We'll have to wait. Sigh.

I enjoyed doing these projects. What happened is that I took some of the photo animations that I made last year and combined them into a video set to *clears throat* me singing again. The songs are traditional, but among a few of the many I love during that season. One is a new one I haven't tried to record before. The second I have recorded, but this time I think has a little better quality. There are a couple of photo animations I was able to put together, one that is being linked to this post, that I've been able to do with some extra time, and had some fun. Those have been posted already on YouTube. I've done some fun things with photoshop that helps me take existing photos and combine them together into scenes that come entirely from my mind. Animating them has also been fun.

I've already been assigned writing projects from my family members, but at this time those haven't been addressed yet. A sibling says I need to write a book concerning my experiences and memories with my disabled brother since I've spent so much time with him. My mom says I need to write a humorous book about my little mishaps (memories) that I talk about sometimes. She's already assigned me a title. LOL. We'll see how that works out. I've also got a second book to my Hope series that's been sitting for a while. I've got to get back to that. It's all crazy right now with creative projects, writing, and taking care of people all mixing together.

I'm just happy that I've been able to do what I've managed to do this week. It's been so long, and I've missed it.
