How quickly time passes! It seems not too long ago, I was daydreaming while I was looking at pricing for a trip (Disneyland), and wondering if it was possible at all. The previous summer had been extremely difficult for me, and I was wishing for a break. Turns out during all that daydreaming, I realized that in the past couple of years I had saved enough to make it possible! So I signed myself up, and what a roller coaster ride this has been!
It seems that as soon as I signed up, a whole chaotic mixture of chaos and happiness came at me. It was such an emotional whiplash that I needed limitations until I could handle it again. In the long run, the happiness began to outweigh the bad, and I began to remember that I know better than to let all the negativity get to me. I could go into more detail on this, but I've got to refrain from going into soapbox mode (as I can do sometimes) so I don't get sidetracked. At this moment I'm kicking into anticipation anxiety mode: I'm freaking out on making sure I've got everything I need and that things are arranged at home for the other family members taking my place in caring for the family. Yeah, my sister's already counting down the days I'm coming back. It's payback for her taking off earlier. LOL.
I intend on making a report and tell my fun (or terrible) stories, and perhaps a hint or two for people who struggle with crowds like I do or other similar relatable items. I'm able to post things on my phone, so hopefully, I'll be able to stay more current than I have in the past. I'll have to give you my impression of the two things I haven't yet experienced since they opened after my last visit (Rise of the Resistance and Marvel Land). I'm slightly interested in Rise of the Resistance for the visuals, but quite hesitant on Marvel since I really struggle with getting into those types of stories. I've never been a big superhero fan. There are a few I'm ok with, but it's just not my thing. I could get sidetracked on this by explaining why, but as before, no sidetracks this time.
Well, it's time to leave the post, and hopefully next time you hear from me, I'll either be there or just returned to report my impressions. The next adventure approaches!
