She was determined to do the carousel, so I believe that was the first one we got on. To be honest, I hadn't done it either *gasp* until then. There are so many things going on in the area that somehow I just never remembered to get on it. After that, we continued on to the other rides in the area. I don't think any particular memory stands out, except that I had fun pretending to be the crazy driver on Mr. Toad's. That was funny.

I think among the favorites, Peeps seemed to really like riding the teacups, even so much that we ended up getting on the ride again later that evening. I handled the spinning the first time, but let her do it the next time. She's verbally expressive about what she experienced, so everything she said made me laugh. Even though she complained about being dizzy, she still went on spinning and spinning. Watching her reaction was quite entertaining.

As for characters, I think we saw a few wandering around, but none of them really in a position to interact with. I know Alice was wandering around us closely at one point, and I saw the Evil Queen in the distance prancing about and tossing her cape around as she seems to enjoy doing (never saw her face though) and cheering guests she passed. I think there were others, but I don't recall which ones right now.
We went in to look at Toontown. I was disappointed that Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railroad was shut down (and still shut down later when we checked), because I thought that Peeps would have enjoyed it. We stayed there for a few minutes, but went on our break, with the plans to return later.
We were able to accomplish my suggestion to ride the train through the Small World lights, and I really had fun with that. It was as fun as I thought it would be. I love being surrounded by holiday lights, so this was up my alley.
I took her around and showed her the little gag buildings in Toontown, so we played around with them for a few minutes. I wasn't sure how much Peeps was into it, but I think during this whole trip everything was so new to her that she was probably still trying to process things, like I did during my first time. I tried a hand at trying to set off the firework factory, but failed. Peeps succeeded though.

We spent the rest of our evening at Main Street, sort of hoping that the show wouldn't get cancelled. During the time we waited, I talked her in to going to see Mickey and Minnie who were doing some quick visits in town square. I keep wondering if our visit was a little awkward for him, because he offered both of us his arms, and only I caught on and took it. He seemed a little eager to let go of my arm, and I wondered a little. It turns out after looking at the pictures, I noticed Peeps didn't take it, and mentioned it to her. Poor Peeps! She was focused somewhere else and didn't recognize that he was doing that! I seem to remember the assistant saying something, but Peeps has hearing loss, and probably didn't hear it. She said she wondered why Mickey positioned his arm the way he did after. So to Mickey, I hope you had someone fun to make up for our awkwardness.
There was barely enough time to jump into Minnie's line before they closed it off for the upcoming (or we thought was upcoming) entertainment. Watching her interact with the others ahead of us was fun to watch. Peeps seemed to be okay with it. To be honest, I didn't know how she would react to these character interactions, but she seemed to be fine.
We didn't feel a lot of wind that day, so we were a little confused about the show being cancelled for it, but I suppose there was still some action going on higher in the sky than what we were feeling on the ground. I was a little disappointed, because you have to experience a show there at least once, and this was the last time on the trip Peeps would get a chance.
Oh well. There are worse things in life than a cancelled show.
