I had some time off from work this week and I'll have to say that the highlight of it was actually a very simple moment, but it was the best! I went on a walk one day and found myself standing under a tree in full bloom with white blossoms. It was windy that day and I was caught under that tree during a slight wind gust. It was blowing blossoms all around me! That was so thrilling! I thought that maybe anyone who saw me might have thought I was a little bit crazy for enjoying the moment, but I really didn't care. There's nothing like having a shower of blossoms coming at you! My only objection was that it wasn't enough blossoms. I wanted a few more so that I could feel like I was standing in a snow globe. Sigh. Can't have everything, I guess.
...And I've got a new picture. It's a few months old, but recent enough.
And as I usually like to do on occasion, I've braided/twisted my hair. A bit similar to the Elsa look, but not quite. I've been debating for months on whether I could pull both the twists (they began from the forehead) and the bun, but it looks like this attempt was a success, though I did have to tighten up the one side after this photo was taken. I'm a bit particular about how my hair is placed sometimes, especially with this style.
I'll have to try the Elsa look sometime just to see what it looks like.
